The Hyatt Peking Duck in Hong Kong

We mentioned the Peking Duck mum and dad raved about in our blog about Hyatt on the Bund in Shanghai. They went and tried it in the Hyatt in Shatin. They liked it but mind you the dim-sum were only average.
